Terms of use

Last updated October 4, 2026.

These terms apply to anyone who uses Verso, the text version comparison tool at verso.mtnhome.app. By creating an account or buying the license, you agree to them.

Who provides it

Verso is provided by REMODEV LTDA, a Brazilian company, CNPJ 49.629.201/0001-41, at Rua Arábia, 54, São Jorge IV, Uberlândia/MG, CEP 38410-248, Brazil. Contact: contato@mtnhome.app.

What Verso is

Verso compares two versions of a text and shows what changed, word by word and chapter by chapter. The files are read and compared in your browser. They're not sent to us or to anyone else, as the privacy policy explains.

Account

To use Verso, you sign in with a Google account. The account is personal: don't share access to it. You're responsible for what's done with it.

Free trial

Every new account can use everything for 7 days, counted from when the account is created. The trial doesn't ask for a card and never turns into a charge on its own: when it ends, the comparison tool asks for the license.

License

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel the purchase within 7 days and get your money back, or within 14 days if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom. How to ask is in the refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may not:

An account that breaks these terms may be suspended. If it has a license, you'll be told the reason by email.

Your texts

The texts you compare are yours. Since they never leave your computer, we have no access to them and don't use them for anything.

Limits of the service

Verso helps you review, but it can make mistakes, especially with unusually formatted files such as scanned PDFs. Check the changes that matter against the original file. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of third-party failures, and we work to keep that short. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. A change that affects a license you've already bought will be announced by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections that the law of your country of residence gives you and that a contract can't waive, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
