Refund policy

Before paying, you can use Verso for 7 days, free and without a card, to decide calmly. If the purchase still doesn't work for you, you get your money back.

7 days to change your mind

You can cancel your license purchase within 7 calendar days of payment, without giving a reason. You get the full amount back.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days, as your law provides.

How to ask

Write to contato@mtnhome.app from the email of the Google account that holds the license, saying you want a refund. Nothing else is needed. We reply within 5 days.

How the money comes back

The refund goes through Stripe, to the card you paid with. Depending on your card's billing cycle, it can take one or two statements to show up.

What happens to the license

With the refund, the license is cancelled, and the account goes back to what it was without it: if the trial days are over, the comparison tool asks for the license again.

After the deadline

Once the cancellation period is over, purchases aren't refunded for a change of mind. If Verso has a defect that stops you from using it and that we can't fix, you keep the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including getting your money back.
